How to use the System

This system is designed to be extremely simple to use. Always have your account numbers available when you call. Use the convenient form below to keep these numbers handy. The first time you call, after selecting the account you want to access, the system will ask you to enter the last four digits of your social security number for verification. The system will then allow you to select your own Personal Identification Number (PIN). You should choose a number that is easy to remember, as the system will ask you for this number for verification during all future calls. From this point, simply listen to the menu options and follow directions to access the information you desire. How to Set Up Your Accounts to Utilize the Transfer Feature

The only time you will need to contact the Bank before using a feature of the CHAT Line is if you want the ability to transfer funds between your Bank of West Baton Rouge accounts.
